Co-ordinate your wheel arches with the rest of your interior. I've made them larger than the originals to make fitting easier. Fix directly to the bodywork using contact adhesive as they did at Triumph.
 
Start in the middle and work outwards. Stretching the vinyl as you go will help move the creases to the edge where they will be hidden.
